At HER CROWN, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged item, we're happy to offer a replacement.
What to do if your item arrives damaged:
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your parcel, ideally within 14 days. Be sure to include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage. Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange to send you a replacement item promptly.
For electrical tools:
We kindly ask that damaged electrical tools be returned to us before we issue a replacement. This is because we are required to return the faulty item to the manufacturer for inspection.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
