ALL highlighting, balayage and extension appointments require a €50 deposit payable at least 10 days before the appointment. This deposit is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.
If the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
For ALL OTHER SERVICES, if appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a deposit will be required for your next appointment.
If you fail to attended your appointment with no notice given, any future appointments will require full payment (non-refundable) upon booking.
We understand circumstances may arise and you may not be able to attend your appointment. This policy is in place to protect the time of the staff and salon.
